Situated right on the edge of one of America’s most interesting cities, Chicago is the Mecca for all press makers, ancillary producers and consumables manufacturers, all wanting to sell to the biggest label market in the world. This year will be a super special exhibition, as it unveils the world’s best with the theme: “A Fantastic World of Possibilities”. Packed with new products and processes, this year there will be a major emphasis on digital and of course, the ever-popular expert panel discussions are always a big hit. This two-day event is sponsored by HP and is the jewel in a sparkling three days at the Donald E Stephens Convention Centre. Topics for this year start on Tuesday September 13, with an AMECEO panel discussing overall industry trends, followed up by the important question of how to attract and hold skilled labour, the key to production excellence. These two important topics will be followed in the afternoon session with two sensational seminars split into: Stream 1- covering Digital Technologies and Stream 2 - analysis of Smart and Interactive Products. These are just two of the power presentations that will be available to visitors during this exhibition. The great thing about the Chicago Labelexpo, is that it’s brimming with new products and ideas but small enough to get around without finding yourself in scrum every day. One of the ‘must-go-to’ social events, is the Global Industry Label Wards where the best labels of the world are shown, and dignitaries who have committed their lives to the label industry are recognised. This year, this event is going to be staged at the famous Rosemont Theatre right near the Convention Centre.
